About the role

The CSR Services team is the primary owner of all client relationships (companies / corporate foundations / philanthropic foundations) and is responsible for overall client delight. Our service offerings include strategy and program design, partner identification, KPI mapping, on-ground monitoring and evaluation, and overall impact portfolio management. We also support clients in effectively using our CSR management tech platform.

This role will require you to work on a portfolio of client engagements, ensuring high quality delivery. Developing deep, trusted client relationships and being their problem-solver will be critical in this role.

This role demands a strong understanding and appreciation of the CSR/ impact ecosystem and applicable standards/ laws, along with high comfort with data analysis and tech tools and products.

Key responsibilities

  • High quality engagement delivery

    • Understand the client's vision and co-develop the impact roadmap. Support clients to design / restructure programs in line with business intent which deliver real, measurable, sustainable impact.

    • Coordination with NGO partners and client stakeholders for timely delivery of services / deliverables, both operational and strategic. Drive collaboration across teams - internal and external

    • Ensure high quality, well researched, data backed delivery of insights and inputs to the clients and lead key stakeholder presentations

    • Keep up with the updates in the CSR ecosystem and social development space to ably guide the clients

  • Knowledge products

    • Contribute to ongoing development of thought-leadership content through creation of reports, articles, etc. Develop content for future clients, current clients as well as for internal knowledge-sharing sessions

  • Account management

    • Take ownership of the client relationship and experience across all workstreams

    • Support revenue growth through renewals and expansions

    • Contribute to pre-sales efforts by supporting the development of high quality collateral and compelling proposals.

Requirements

We, at Give, believe in learning through doing. We are looking for self-starters who are willing to learn fast and work towards building an excellent customer-centric experience while providing them withquality support and guidance.

  • Graduate / post graduate from top tier institutes with strong academic background. An academic background in sociology / social work / economics / development studies / other allied streams will be a positive but is not essential.

  • At least 6 years overall experience with minimum 4 years in management consulting, CSR / impact consulting, business strategy, project management roles

  • Domain knowledge of CSR rules and understanding of CSR ecosystem in India

  • Knowledge in areas of national priority such as skilling, women empowerment, MCH, climate change would be a strong positive, but is not essential

  • Strong relationship building skills with the ability to engage with senior executives

  • Strong analytical skills, excellent communication, storytelling and presentation skills, backed by strong verbal and written communication along with keen attention to detail

  • Technical Skills: Strong data analysis capabilities including high proficiency in excel / google sheets and powerpoint / google slides

  • A genuine interest in the social impact space, with a strong commitment to ethical practices, and advancing positive social outcomes

  • A bias toward action, ability to manage multiple projects and priorities to deliver on tight deadlines
