These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the WDIWF website (the "Site"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Use of the Site

You agree not to:

  • Post false, misleading, or fraudulent job listings or profile information

  • Use the Site to distribute spam, malware, or other harmful content

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or its systems

  • Interfere with or disrupt the Site or its infrastructure

  • Impersonate any person or entity

  • Violate any applicable law or regulation

2. Accounts

You may need to create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and to keep it up to date.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms.

3. Job Postings

Employers are solely responsible for the content and accuracy of their job postings. Job postings must comply with all applicable employment laws, including anti-discrimination laws. We reserve the right to remove any job posting that violates these Terms or that we deem inappropriate.

We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any job posting and are not responsible for the hiring decisions of employers.

4. Job Applications

Job seekers are responsible for the accuracy of information submitted in applications. By applying to a job through the Site, your application materials may be shared with the posting employer.

We do not guarantee that you will receive a response to any application or that any job posting will result in employment.

5. Intellectual Property and Proprietary Rights

5.1 Site Ownership

The Site and its original content, features, functionality, design, and branding — including but not limited to the names "Who Do I Work For?", "WDIWF", and "The Receipts" — are owned by WDIWF and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws of the United States and international jurisdictions.

5.2 Proprietary Methodology

The WDIWF accountability framework, employer evaluation criteria, scoring methodologies, curation processes, and investigative research methods (collectively, the "Methodology") constitute proprietary trade secrets of WDIWF. No part of the Methodology may be reverse-engineered, replicated, adapted, or used to develop competing products or services without our prior written consent.

5.3 Data Compilation Rights

The curated employer listings, company evaluations, accountability assessments, investigative reports, and aggregated transparency data displayed on this Site represent proprietary compilations protected under U.S. copyright law. You may not systematically collect, download, store, reproduce, or redistribute this data — in whole or in part — for the purpose of creating, operating, or contributing to a competing job board, employer evaluation service, or similar product.

5.4 User-Submitted Content

You retain ownership of content you submit to the Site, but you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content in connection with operating the Site.

  • Your physical or electronic signature

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

Employer evaluations, accountability assessments, and related content on the Site are based on publicly available information and represent WDIWF's analysis at the time of publication. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any evaluation and recommend that users conduct their own due diligence.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WDIWF and its founder, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

10. Third-Party Links

The Site may contain links to third-party websites, job application portals, or services. We are not responsible for the content or practices of any third-party sites and do not endorse them. Your interactions with third-party sites are governed by their respective terms and policies.
