Holcim Group Services Ltd is a building materials and solutions company operating across 45 countries with over 60,000 employees. It supplies cement, concrete, aggregates, and energy-efficient building systems to infrastructure, industrial, and commercial construction projects worldwide.
The company's core business centres on sustainable construction and decarbonization. Its product range includes decarbonized cement, circular aggregates sourced from recycled material streams, high-performance concrete formulations, and energy-efficient building systems. Rather than operating as a traditional supplier, Holcim positions itself as a solutions partner, working with customers to deliver end-to-end offerings tailored to their projects.
Holcim operates under its NextGen Growth 2030 strategy, which organizes around four sustainability focus areas: scaling sustainable offerings, advancing circular construction practices, accelerating decarbonization through innovation, and building a nature-positive future. The company frames these commitments as responses to global megatrends including urbanization, population growth, and the refurbishment demands of ageing building stock.
The company's culture emphasizes innovation, safety, and collaboration. It signals commitment to technical advancement and provides career pathways across technical, managerial, and frontline roles.
