What makes us different is that we're entirely employee-owned through our Employee Ownership Trust, meaning everyone has a direct stake in our success. We were the first major UK real estate consultancy to become a B Corp, and we're committed to being net zero by 2025/26. From our offices in London, Bristol, Manchester, Glasgow, and Birmingham, we look after 9,500+ units on behalf of Funds, REITs, Trusts, and Investment Managers - delivering work that genuinely matters.
