The company constructs residential homes across Canada and the United States, serving more than 8,000 families annually over more than 45 years of operation. Its name derives from the founder's two oldest children, Matt and Amy.
The company's core business encompasses low-rise residential building, including innovative designs such as the WideLot concept, as well as high-rise residential development following its 2015 acquisition of a high-rise development firm. Mattamy achieved Net-Zero Builder status in 2022, incorporating sustainability measures such as GeoExchange geothermal technology.
