Support the Deputy Director to champion process optimisation initiatives that enhance warehouse efficiency and drive systematic improvements across logistics operations.[What you will be working on]
Lead technology adoption and operational transformation initiatives to elevate warehouse performance standards, including:
Implement RPA solutions to automate inventory replenishment forecasting and contract utilisation tracking.
Perform data analytics to enhance inventory management practices and achieve cost optimisation.
Transform logistics workflows and operational procedures to establish effective warehouse management practices.
Redesign asset disposal workflows to minimise storage footprint and improve space utilisation;
Plan, and deploy automated mobile robots optimally
[What we are looking for]
At least 3-year continuous experience in operations management, logistics management, or technology deployment
Proven track record in planning and technology transformation initiatives
Proficient in RPA platforms and automated robotic systems
Background in data analytics and process re-engineering within warehouse environments
Good communication abilities and proven stakeholder engagement skills
Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects concurrently.
