Qiddiya Investment Company (QIC) is the holding company responsible for all for-profit investments within the Qiddiya project - Saudi Arabia's large-scale entertainment, sports and arts destination situated in the Tuwaiq Mountains, approximately 40 minutes from Riyadh. Affiliated with the Public Investment Fund (PIF) as a giga-project, QIC oversees the development of a destination spanning more than 360 square kilometres and aligned with the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030.
QIC's portfolio spans several distinct ventures across entertainment, sports, the arts, film and leisure real estate. Its flagship developments include:
- Qiddiya City - the primary destination development at the heart of the project
- Saudi Entertainment Ventures (SEVEN) - a dedicated business unit focused on entertainment ventures across the Kingdom
- Six Flags Qiddiya City - a branded theme park within Qiddiya City, featuring what is claimed to be the world's tallest, longest, and fastest rollercoaster
- PlayMaker Studios - a film studio facility serving filmmakers within the Qiddiya ecosystem
