Talent Hunts Indonesia is an executive search and headhunting agency based in Jakarta, offering recruitment services to companies across Indonesia. Its core services span executive search, talent mapping, volume recruitment, and specialised hiring for technology roles. The agency works across a range of industries, including automotive, FMCG, mining, oil and gas, logistics, and fintech.
The firm was founded by someone with more than a decade of experience at multinational executive search firms, as well as hands-on experience on the corporate side of hiring. That dual background - agency and in-house - informs the agency's stated approach: structured processes, relationship-focused engagement, and the use of technology alongside human judgment to make searches more efficient.
Talent Hunts Indonesia positions itself as a recruiter that handles both senior leadership mandates and high-volume hiring, giving it flexibility across different client needs. Its talent mapping service is designed to help organisations identify candidate pools for current openings or future workforce planning. The agency operates with a stated focus on honesty, excellence, and respect as guiding principles, and describes its goal as helping companies grow by connecting them with the right people - not simply filling vacancies.
