UDR Consulting, Inc. was founded in 2012 with a clear mission: to consistently provide superior, innovative, integrated, and cost-effective solutions for government agencies and specialized projects. What started as a vision to bridge the gap in professional staffing services has evolved into a trusted partner for the Department of Energy and other federal entities. UDR's journey from a small Service-Disabled Veteran Owned, Woman Owned, and Minority-Owned business to being named the 2018 Protégée of the Year by the DOE Small Business Awards Program reflects its unwavering commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction.
Today, UDR Consulting operates from its corporate headquarters in North Augusta, South Carolina, with additional offices in Oak Ridge, Tennessee; Carlsbad, New Mexico; and Richland, Washington. The company specializes in staff augmentation, cyber management, IT solutions, recruiting, professional development and training, and work planning and control. Built on the pillars of motivation, teamwork, and discipline, UDR has successfully placed hundreds of highly skilled professionals with high-level clearances and credentials at critical sites including the Savannah River Site and Waste Isolation Pilot Plant. As an SBA-approved Mentor-Protégé with Edgewater Technical Associates, UDR continues to deliver outstanding products and services that exceed customer expectations.
