The California Primary Care Association (CPCA) is a statewide organization founded in 1994 that represents and supports community health centers and clinics across California. It works with a network of more than 2,300 such facilities, operating in the healthcare, community health, and primary care sectors.
CPCA's mission is to improve community health by leading and representing its member health centers. Its work is focused on three core areas: advocacy for better healthcare policy, education for healthcare professionals, and direct services to support operations. The association aims to overcome barriers to healthcare access and supports its members in adopting value-based care models.
