Florida Court Clerks & Comptrollers is a statewide, non-profit member association founded in 1969. It serves the Clerks of the Circuit Court and Comptrollers across all 67 counties in Florida, providing essential record-keeping, information management, and financial administration services to support the state's judicial system.
The organization operates through its wholly-owned subsidiary, Civitek Solutions, which delivers financial and technical services to clerks and comptrollers throughout Florida. Its broader portfolio includes payment processing services for court cases, traffic fines, and child support; Statewide Property Alert Services for property fraud alerts; and the Hope Card program.
Operating within the government and judicial system verticals, the association promotes transparency, accountability, and efficiency in government operations. It participates in initiatives such as Sunshine Week to highlight open government and celebrates National Historic Preservation Month.
