The American Soybean Association is a national advocacy organization representing the interests of U.S. soybean farmers. Its core work involves policy development and lobbying to advance the success and prosperity of the farmers it serves. The organization has been in operation for more than 100 years.
With a network of 26 affiliated state associations, the ASA represents over 500,000 soybean farmers across 30 soybean-producing states. Its activities are concentrated within the United States, operating within the agriculture and policy sectors.
